Ronin Web a registered "Not for Profit" Company in the state of Delaware.The designation is 501(c)(5): Labor organization, The purpose to improve conditions of work and to improve product (service) and efficiency. Not yet, but we are working on it. The paperwork is currently being filled at Springfield, IL. We are currently a registered LLC in Delaware. Our name is Ronin Consulting.
Why Not for Profit?Two reasons. First, any revenues will be used to improve the resources. So there won't be any profit. Second, and more importantly, by being not for profit we can extend better benefits to you. And that's what the idea is all about!
