Le Grand Diploma

THE GRAND DIPLÔME LE CORDON BLEU, the Cuisine Diplôme and the Pastry Diplôme can be earned in under 1 year, including a 3 month professional internship.

Although most students complete the program in twelve months, they also offer you the option of breaking up your studies by semester to fit your own needs, with starting dates in January, March, June and September. The successful completion of Basic, Intermediate, and Superior level courses in both Cuisine and Pastry (a total of six courses) will result in the awarding of THE GRAND DIPLÔME LE CORDON BLEU, your passport to culinary success !

Le Grand Diplôme Curriculum: 6 courses

The Cuisine Diplôme: 3 courses

BASIC CUISINE course ( B) to obtain the Basic Cuisine Certificate.

INTERMEDIATE CUISINE course (I) to obtain the Intermediate Cuisine Certificate.

SUPERIOR CUISINE course (S) to obtain the Superior Cuisine Certificate & Diploma.

The Pastry Diplôme: 3 courses

BASIC PASTRY course (PB) to obtain the Basic Pastry Certificate.

INTERMEDIATE PASTRY course (PI) to obtain the Intermediate Pastry Certificate.

SUPERIOR PASTRY course (PS) to obtain the Superior Pastry Certificate & Diploma.
