This course provides an introduction to project management.

The student is exposed to basic ingredients of project management:

• Organization
• Chartering the Project
• Planning the Project
• Work Breakdown Structure (Including responsibility matrix)
• Schedule development
• Budget and cost estimating
• Earned Value and Critical Chain
• Controlling the Project, and
• Project Closeout
